This shipping process can be availed at a nominal cost of $24.99, which entails to a step up delivery. Orders shipped by this method will reach your end in 2-3 business days after the parcel has been dispatched from Fascinating Diamonds® storehouse.

Overnight Shipping

Orders that require exceedingly accelerated delivery and are in stock are shipped at the earliest, in order to be delivered either next day or within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Internationally we offer safe and speedy delivery via FedEx international services. Also in your order’s value, the company shipment does not include custom duty or other taxes applied by the law of the respective country. Customers are responsible for varied taxes levied by international authorities such as VAT, Customs, Duties, or Taxes. Fascinating Diamonds® proudly offers safe and speedy delivery and nearly all orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Customers only need to pay certain charges that are levied by the government of the country of import once the jewelry arrives in their country. Alternate Shipping Address

At Fascinating Diamonds® your billing and shipping information is recorded while you place the order, but if required we can ship your order to an alternative address. Should you wish to ship your order at a substitute address that diverges from the billing address on your credit card, please ensure that the address is registered with your respective credit card company prior your purchase for faster shipping procedures.

Non-Refundable Item

Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. All Fascinating Diamonds® engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable. Appraisals added to the jewelry purchased, silver, and cz replicas are non-refundable. Removal of Fascinating Diamonds® engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee. Returns without a Fascinating Diamonds® Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

We accept 30- day return on Lab-grown diamonds. Lab Diamonds are not eligible for upgrade policy. Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or use our online ring sizer.

30-Day Return Policy

Fascinating Diamonds® gladly offers 30 day return policy for our valued customers. We want your satisfaction and faith in our products to last forever, for that matter we strive hard to meet all the needs of our prized customers. Bearing this fact, however, if for any reason, you are still not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have a simple 30- Day Returns policy through which you can return the item of your purchase to our office(s) within the first 30 days of the shipment for a 100% refund or exchange.

Return Process

In case of any return, please follow the return procedure listed below:

Authorization Code

You must seek a return authorization code before returning the item. You can call on our customer service number at 212.840.1811 or email us at info@fascinatingdiamonds.com to get your return authorization code. We will email you the return authorization, you can then print it along with a copy of the Sales receipt and send it with the package.

Insured Package

In order to return an item purchased, make sure the package is fully insured. However, the return shipping of any item is on your account.

Package Return

The returned merchandise must be undamaged and sent back in its original condition and packaging. There should be no scratches or marks on the item. Any worn or damaged item will not be refunded.

Diamond Grading Certificate

If any diamond certificate was provided at the time of purchase, then it is mandatory to duly return the original copy along with a copy of the invoice.

Tracking

You must email the tracking number once the item is shipped back to us

Inspection

All items will be inspected by a gemologist prior to issuing a refund.

Shipping Cost

Initially there is no shipping cost included in your purchase invoice when you purchase an item from us. However, this applies only if you keep the item with you. But in case of return, the associated shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions To Refund Policy

Fascinating Diamonds proudly stand by all the items made by us, that is the reason we give you the flexibility of returning the item if it does not satisfy you. Yet there are some exceptions to the return policy if incase the following cases stand true to your situation:

Since certain rings designs are such that they cannot be resized and have to be completely re-crafted like the eternity rings or mens rings, it is very important that while ordering the ring you make sure of providing the correct ring size. Due to new policies by PayPal, Fascinating Diamonds® will be deducting 3% on the amount paid using PayPal in case of returns.
